Infastech has engineered the NACRO® drive system to meet the growing need for miniature sized fasteners across multiple industries.
The NACRO® drive system is one of the latest product innovations from Infastech.
It has been designed specifically for miniature applications of 1mm thread diameter or less, requiring low profile heads and capable of achieving a high seating torque. It is crucial to select the proper drive system as it affects fastener assembly speed, downtime, product design and the amount of reworked and/or scrapped components.
Installation
The tangential points of contact and tapered drive tip delivers solid drive torque transmission while extending the drive tip life*. The unique NACRO® drive recess makes it ideal for automated assembly situations – Ask about MicroTorque™ installation tooling to optimize the NACRO® recess feature.
* Drive tip life will be dependent on material and torque requirements - consult our Application Engineering team for recommendations.
